Under the Act (Article 32, point 1 of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended)), the customer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods are in unchanged condition (have original tags and packaging, have not been used or damaged, are delivered in the same condition in which they were sent).
