If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please also provide:

1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales receipt;

The data provided when placing an order are processed by www.podino.pl and the following entities to the extent specified below:

1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill, which is also a delivery order for the shipment. Depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred: DPD POLSKA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 000028368 , NIP: 526-02-04-110 )
2. The name and surname, address, and Tax Identification Number (NIP) indicated as data for which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system of: Power Blue Media SA with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000281947 , NIP: 898-16-47-572 ) the operator of the ifirma.pl website; DialCom24 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (KRS: 0000347935 , NIP: 779-236-98-87 ) the operator of the Przelewy24.pl website.

In the case of payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are not in any way accessible or stored by www.podino.pl.
